Its best to make babies 15days from the day you started your menses.
E.g today, 30th dec, ure having your 1st day of menstruation cycle. Count 15days= 13th jan.
So, get horny on the 15th day ok. *wink* -Strongly not advisable for unmarried couple.

WOMEN:
(breast self-examination)
Do a Mammogram to lower the risk of breast cancer. By doing so, atleast you know where you'd stand. Advisable for mothers. I think 40years and above, i couldnt remember la. As for us, self check by massaging gently in a systematic movement by going outwards to inwards, ends at your tits. Best during shower. If you felt some unsual lump, consult a doctor. Polyclinic will do la.

MEN:
(testicular self-examination)
I cant believe that there is such thing as testes(scrotum) cancer. My God! kk, read.
Its best to massage your testes during showering when the hands and scrotum are warm. Hold the scrotum in the palm of your hand and gently feel each testical using the thumb and the 1st two fingers. The testical is egg shape and movable. You should feel rubbery with a smooth surface ok. If a firm movable painless lump or a hard surface is felt, consult doctor siaa. Especially all those 20yrs old man and above.

Lower risk for those below the stated age. But still, just check laa. Gosh! im certain that ill ask my husband wannabe to check before marring me. All in the name of making babies.!
